Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia, December 23, 2011 – The Sakhlain-1 Consortium continues to make charitable contributions to improve the quality of health care throughout the region by donating new diagnostics and therapy equipment to medical facilities in the remote North Sakhalin town of Nogliki and nearby settlement of Val.
