Exxon Neftegas Limited has produced a commemorative book that highlights the technological, environmental and social achievements of the Sakhalin-1 Project. "Sakhalin-1: A New Frontier" commemorates the Project for the employees and contractors involved in it. As it tells the Sakhalin story, the book details the successful efforts of the five-company consortium that brought Sakhalin-1 online in five years despite enormous challenges caused by weather, lack of infrastructure, accessibility and more.
